Shipping Policy
Cairo & Alexandria
- Delivery is within 2-5 Working days
- You can view your order upon delivery, check the product, quality, and size; if there is any problem you can return it with the courier with paying the shipping fees only.
- Partial receipt is allowed, meaning that you can order more than one product and if there is a problem in one of them you can return it with the courier
- Very few areas may not be covered with the same shipping company, so governorate's policy will be applied. If that's your case, you'll receive a call from us before shipping the order for confirmation
Governorates
- Delivery is within 3-8 Working Days
- You can view your order upon delivery, if there is any problem you can return it with the courier
- Partial receipt is NOT ALLOWED; you can either receive the full order or return it all
- In case you need to return one product out of multiple products, please receive the whole order, and contact us for an exchange or refund.
- Shipping fees is added in case of an exchange or a refund.
القاهرة والاسكندرية
- التوصيل خلال ٢ - ٥ ايام عمل
- متاح معاينة قبل الاستلام وفي حال وجود اي مشكلة في المنتج او المقاس يمكن ارجاعه مع المندوب مع دفع مصاريف الشحن فقط
- متاح تسليم جزئي، بمعنى انه يمكنك طلب اكثر من منتج وان كان في مشكلة في واحد منهم يمكن ارجاعه مع المندوب وخصم سعره من الفاتورة
- بعض المناطق قد تكون خارج التغطية من شركة الشحن الاصلية، في هذه الحالة تطبق سياسة الاستلام للمحافظات، وسيتم التواصل قبل شحن الاوردر للتأكيد
المحافظات
- التوصيل خلال ٣-٨ ايام عمل
- متاح معاينة قبل الاستلام وفي حال وجود اي مشكلة يمكن ارجاعه مع المندوب
- غير مسموح الاستلام الجزئي، ففي حالة طلب اكثر من منتج والرغبة في ارجاع واحد فقط برجاء استلام الاوردر كامل، والتواصل معنا لعمل طلب استبدال او استرجاع
- تضاف مصاريف الشحن في حالة الاستبدال او الاسترجاع
